Ariel has a career spanning over two decades in strategy, investment banking, and transactional banking. He brings unique expertise in launching financial companies, managing businesses in multinational banks, and executing operational restructuring. In recent years, Ariel has leveraged this experience to develop extensive operational, legal, and regulatory compliance expertise in digital assets.
Ariel began his career at Banco Santander, where he was part of the founding team of Allfunds. In this role, Ariel was responsible for managing relationships with asset managers and participated in the sale of 50% of the platform to Banco SanPaolo IMI (Intesa). Subsequently, Ariel held positions of responsibility and managed businesses in corporate strategy, investment banking, and transactional banking for Citibank in New York, Hong Kong, and Seoul. Ariel holds a degree in Business Administration from the Autonomous University of Madrid, an MBA from The University of North Carolina (Kenan-Flagler Business School), and completed the Executive Program at Singularity University.

With over 25 years of experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, and Financial Advisory, Javier Colás has forged enduring institutional relationships grounded in trust and value-added solutions. He embarked on his professional journey in the institutional equities sales and research department at Santander Investment S.A., before contributing to the establishment of the equities area at Lehman Brothers in Spain, where he rose to Executive Director and head of institutional sales.
Following his tenure at Lehman Brothers, Javier assumed the role of legal representative and General Manager in Spain for Mirabaud Securities & Corporate Finance from 2012 to 2023. In this capacity, he oversaw investment banking, fixed income, equities, and regulatory compliance. Javier holds a degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and furthered his academic training in finance at the London School of Economics (UK) and the Institute of Options and Futures (Madrid).
